The apartment in Kalamaja epitomizes efficient small home design. The building, designed by KUU architects, stands out with its bright vertical boarding and modern touch. Piel's design principles align with the building's concept, focusing on practicality and minimalism.

The third-floor apartment boasts high ceilings, and a mezzanine adds to the available space. The floor plan was cleverly redesigned, borrowing space from the bedroom to create a wardrobe and transforming the L-shaped kitchen into a more open layout centered around a large kitchen island.

A unified color palette, abundant natural light, and tasteful lighting fixtures create a harmonious and spacious atmosphere. The apartment's meticulous design integrates seamlessly with the building's contemporary aesthetic and the charm of Kalamaja's surroundings.
